My daily role is... Varied, but I always strive to maintain our smooth operation and ensure we deliver solid, sound and professional services.

My Overall role is... To manage the company strategy, vision and services offered and of course, to ensure the staff are involved with what we as a company deliver and where we are heading!

I get my main job satisfaction when... We, as a company work together!

My ideal weekend is... Spending time with my Wife and kids, made all the better when spent on the West coast of Scotland, at sea in my ex-royal navy boat! 

My favourite tipple is... Red wine, preferably Rioja!

My daily role is: To maintain our efficient delivery of technical solutions and oversee the day to day running of our helpdesk.

My Overall role is... To oversee and plan our delivery of Technical services and ensure we keep up to date with advancing technologies.  I also ensure that our clients receive the best possible service we can deliver at all times.

I get my main job satisfaction when... We either individually or as a team solve a customer’s problem.

My ideal weekend is... A mixture of sun, BBQ, beer, XBOX and of course, last but by no means least, spent with my Wife and kids! 

 My favourite tipple is... Rum

Operations Manager and festival guru!

My daily role is... To manage the incoming support calls, maintain our real time monitoring system of client servers, and provide technical support.

My Overall role is... To manage existing technical support cases, client queries and to ensure that client requests are fulfilled. I have also become more involved in the sales element of our company and look forward to progressing with the company in this field.

I get my main job satisfaction when... Our customers are happy.

My ideal weekend is... A sunny, non muddy music festival with an endless supply of clean toilets and alcohol!

My favourite tipple is... Mojito

Operations Manager (Glasgow) and keen Fisherman!

My daily role is... Introducing the company to and meeting with potential new customers in Glasgow. I also manage and oversee the support for our existing Glasgow customers.

My Overall role is: To establish and grow our client base in Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Whilst providing the best possible services to our existing customers.

I get my main job satisfaction when... A new customer joins us, thus allowing us to deliver our outstanding services! 

My ideal weekend is... A camping trip up north with family and Friends, and of course my trusty old fishing rod!

My favourite tipple is... Guinness
